01: CONCEPT
Concept Development
Every successful project begins with a shared understanding. We run structured briefing sessions with clients, brand teams, and agencies to define scope, objectives, and creative direction. The outcome is a clear project brief, timeline, and budget framework, agreed before any design work begins.
02: DESIGN
Design & Planning
Our design team translates the agreed brief into production-ready documentation. Technical drawings, material specifications, substrate selections, and finishing details are defined at this stage, ensuring no surprises during fabrication. Where complex structures or large-scale installations are involved, our engineers produce structural drawings and fixing schedules.
03: SITE AUDIT
Site Audit & Scoping
Before production begins, our survey team conducts on-site audits to verify dimensions, assess substrate conditions, identify access constraints, and confirm fixing methods. This stage is mandatory for all permanent installations and strongly recommended for large-scale events. Audit findings feed directly into the production and installation plan.

04: PRODUCTION
Print Production
Production runs across our network of G7-certified print and fabrication facilities. Large-format digital print, dye-sublimation fabric printing, SEG frame fabrication, rigid substrate finishing, and specialist media handling are all managed in-house. Colour consistency is maintained across production runs and production sites using calibrated workflows and G7 verification.
05: INSTALLATION
Project Management & Installation
A dedicated project manager coordinates logistics, crew deployment, and on-site management from dispatch to final sign-off. Our installation teams are experienced in retail fit-out, event build and strike, and permanent interior installation. We work to agreed programmes, manage sub-contractors where required, and maintain real-time communication with the client throughout.
06: POST-COMPLETION
Post-Completion
After completion, we provide a full quality inspection report, photographic record, and any maintenance or care guidance relevant to the installation. For ongoing campaigns or seasonal refresh programmes, we maintain production files and material records to ensure consistency across future phases. Long-term support agreements are available for permanent installations.
